Vans Shimmer Down

Nothing really beats a great unisex shoe, and no one really does it better than Vans.  These new suede styles come in both a faded black and a champagne color and are perfect for dressing up without actually leaving your comfort zone.  $67.95.

Franco Sarto for Fall

It’s hard not to be a sucker for a good fall boot.  These booties from Italian designer Franco Sarto, dubbed “the Beacon”, give you the worn in leather and mix it up with spurs on the back for that “just back from the stables” look.  We’re down for that.  $139.95, available at all locations and http://www.davidz.com

A Special Visitor

The legendary Whoopi Goldberg stopped by to do some shopping this Saturday afternoon.  Any New Yorker I know who has ever encountered the “The View” star has only had the greatest things to say about her character and compassion.  She is truly a class act.
